Wow. Someone posted this on imgr, and after finding out today that Mr. Warburton (creator of Codename: Kids Next Door) actually made One Piece fanart back in 2010 that got published in the September 2011 issue of SJ, I was looking really hard at this picture.
I really couldn't--and can't--tell. I thought this was fanart from one of Spongebob's creators or someone who works at the studio. AMAZING work! I'm saving this onto my One Piece Pinterest board because it was difficult to find the original. It was almost all reposts and whatnot on Google.
